N8n AI UGC Video Generation Workflow
End-to-End AI Workflow for Generating Localized UGC Video Ads

This project explores how AI and workflow automation can streamline the production of UGC-style advertising videos without coordinating physical shoots, creators, or extended revision cycles. The goal was to build a scalable system that generates realistic, short-form video ads aligned with brand messaging and regional context.
The workflow was built using n8n and Airtable. A user submits a short brief including product details, target region, desired creator profile (age, gender, background), and tone specifications such as energy level, accent, and speaking style.
Based on this input, the system automatically generates multiple UGC-style scripts tailored to the uploaded brief. It then creates a on-camera AI-generated persona aligned with the selected region and character profile. Region-specific voice options are generated to ensure the delivery feels local rather than generic, maintaining authenticity across markets.
The user selects the preferred script, voice, and visual input before generating the final video. The output is a casual, selfie-style format designed to feel native to short-form platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels.
This project showcases my ability to design automated AI content pipelines that combine prompt engineering, persona control, localization logic, and workflow automation. The objective was not just to generate videos, but to enable rapid testing of creative angles, messaging variations, and regional adaptations at scale.
